Puako Market Update at year-end 2013

The Puako/Wailea area has been very active this year, especially these last few months.  If you have been considering purchasing real estate in this unique oceanfront community, nestled between the Mauna Kea resort and the Mauna Lani resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii, there are still plentiful opportunities to find properties before it gets more expensive.  Ready to make a move now?  Here is what happened in Puako in 2013 and what is presently offered.
