My colleague Brandon Hickman, and I just listed Colony Villas 2401 located in a gated community within the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The listing immediately generated considerable interest and we were able to present our sellers with a full price offer in just 2 days.

In 2013 there has been 33 sales of properties under $400,000 on the Kohala Coast. The large majority of those sales took place in the Waikoloa Beach Resort in the Shores, Fairway Villas and Colony Villas. As inventory continues to be limited into 2014, prices will continue to increase.
